What does the integration enable?
With the Workforce Connect™ app, Soul Machines AI Agents can:
Guide users through structured, emotionally intelligent conversations
Collect data (e.g., name, department, feedback)
Trigger real-time ServiceNow workflows
Embed into portals, forms, or knowledge articles
Setup Summary
Ensure the Workforce Connect app is enabled (contact us at premium_partners@soulmachines.com if the application is not available in your instance)
Retrieve your API Key from the Workforce Connect dashboard
In ServiceNow:
Navigate to Soul Machines → Configuration
Paste your API Key and click Save
Assign roles:
x_soma_sm.admin – Full config access
x_soma_sm.user – Experience creation/view access
